Auto-Invite Conditions
You can now let the right players skip your waitlist entirely. On a flow’s Waitlist stage, define Auto-Invite Conditions based on sign-up questions, language, region, or any other player filter. Players matching all conditions are invited the moment they sign up, landing straight on your invite screen and into onboarding instead of the waitlist.
For example:
- Language is Japanese and Platform is PC (a sign-up question) fast-tracks a localized playtest cohort.
- Discord Connected is true and Survey Completed is true rewards players who did the extra work.
Changing conditions never invites anyone retroactively. After saving, you’ll see how many currently waitlisted players match, with a one-click handoff to Bulk Invite by Conditions so inviting them stays your call.
