Discord Forums

Discord Forums lets you read your community’s forum posts without leaving FirstLook. Go to Manage → Discord Forums to see a paginated list of threads, filter it by forum channel, open any thread to read the full conversation, and export threads to a file.

Where the Data Comes From

Section titled “Where the Data Comes From”

The Forums view is populated by the Discord integration’s channel sync. Enable syncing on your forum channels under Integrations → Discord — see Sync Discord Channels for how to set it up.

If nothing appears here, channel syncing isn’t set up yet, or your synced channels don’t have any forum posts.

Section titled “Related Features”

Synced Discord content also powers Sentiment, which analyzes these conversations to surface what your community is talking about and how they feel about it.
