Smart Tags is Now Segments
Smart Tags has a new name and a new home: Segments! If you’ve used a CRM before, the concept will feel familiar - define a set of filter conditions once, and FirstLook keeps a live-updating group of matching players in sync for you.
Segments now live on their own page under Configuration, instead of tucked inside Tags settings. The functionality hasn’t changed — creating, editing, and removing them works just like it always has.
