Automate Announcements
Announcements can be automated. Set a start and end time, and FirstLook emails everyone who matches your player filters when the window opens, then keeps emailing new matches as they qualify until the window closes. A player who matches the criteria on day three gets the email on day three, and no player gets it twice.
Automations work with the full filter set, including time-scoped event filters.
