Creator Campaigns let you activate your creator community around a specific event, content drop, or ongoing program. You define what content counts, what creators need to achieve, and what they earn — FirstLook tracks everything automatically.
Navigate to Creators → Campaigns to get started.
Dashboard Overview
Section titled “Dashboard Overview”The Overview tab is a live summary of the campaign — headline metrics, your top creators by views, budget usage, and a preview of how the campaign looks to creators.

Campaign Content
Section titled “Campaign Content”The Content tab shows everything your creators published during the campaign — aggregate stats, the top performers, and the full list. It populates once the campaign start date passes.
Only content that matches your Content Eligibility filters and falls within the campaign dates counts here, and unless Review Mode is Auto-Approve, it has to be approved first.

Submissions
Section titled “Submissions”The Submissions tab is where you approve or reject content before it counts toward goals. It appears whenever Review Mode is not Auto-Approve, or when Allow Manual Submissions is on.
Approved content counts toward the creator’s campaign goals. When you reject something, you can pick a reason to send back to the creator so they know why.
Creators
Section titled “Creators”Shows every creator enrolled in the campaign with their current stats: goals, views, uploads, stream duration, hours watched, and average viewers.
When the join method is Require Approval, pending join requests appear here with the status Requested. Denied creators lose access to campaign progress and rewards.

Add a goal from the campaign’s Goals tab with New Goal.
Goal types
Section titled “Goal types”Milestone - Fires once when the creator hits the target. Supports all reward types.
Performance - Repeats every time the creator hits the threshold. Supports a subset of reward types.
For Performance goals you can also set a Max award count (optional) — the maximum number of times a single creator can earn the reward. Leave it empty for unlimited.
Goal Condition
Section titled “Goal Condition”Each goal tracks a metric on either Video (VOD) or Livestream content — views, duration, uploads, average viewers, hours watched, or number of streams — measured across all of a creator’s content or on a single piece. Then set the target value: for milestone goals it’s the number creators reach to earn the reward; for performance goals it’s the repeating threshold they unlock the reward at each time they hit it.

Goal Reward
Section titled “Goal Reward”Every goal has a reward that creators receive on completion. Milestone goals support the full reward catalog; performance goals support a focused set suited to repeating payouts.

Settings
Section titled “Settings”Campaign Settings
Section titled “Campaign Settings”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Published | Makes the campaign visible to creators so they can join. Creators won’t receive resources or have content counted until the start date. |
Join Method | Controls how creators enter the campaign — see Join Methods below. |
List on Creators.gg | Makes the campaign discoverable on the Creators.gg directory. Creators can be accepted to a listed campaign without joining your program first — they appear in your Profiles table as Applied. |

Join Methods
Section titled “Join Methods”| Method | Description |
|---|---|
Auto Enroll | Creators are automatically enrolled in the campaign as soon as they’re accepted into your program. |
Opt In | Creators can join the campaign on their own, without approval. |
Require Approval | The default. Creators request to join, and you approve or deny each request from the Creators tab. Requests move through Requested → Joined or Denied — see campaign participant statuses. |
Campaign Details
Section titled “Campaign Details”Give the campaign a title, description, image, and start and end dates. Resources are granted at the start date, and content only counts within the campaign window.

Campaign Budget
Section titled “Campaign Budget”Set a Total Budget (USD) — the maximum the campaign can pay out, drawn from your studio’s creator budget (see Funding your creator budget). Any goal with a cash payout needs a budget in place.

Content Eligibility
Section titled “Content Eligibility”Defines which creator content counts toward goals. By default, content matching your game’s global coverage settings counts. You can narrow this per-campaign:
| Platform | Filters available |
|---|---|
Twitch | By game (IGDB), and optionally Accept any content with these tags. |
YouTube | By channel (URL or channel ID), and optionally Accept any content with these tags. |
TikTok | By hashtag. |

Review Mode
Section titled “Review Mode”Review Mode sits just below Content Eligibility and controls what happens to auto-detected content that matches your filters:
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
Studio Review | The default. Content is submitted for your review automatically, with no action needed from creators. Nothing counts toward goals until you approve it. |
Creator Submit | Content goes to creators, who pick what to submit. Anything they send still requires your approval. |
Auto-Approve | Content counts toward goals automatically, with no approval needed. |

Campaign Resources
Section titled “Campaign Resources”Rewards granted to creators automatically when they join (or at the campaign start date). Resources are separate from goal rewards. Any reward type can be used — keys, Discord roles, XP, gift cards, and more.

Goals and resources draw on FirstLook’s shared rewards system. For the full set of reward types you can grant, see Rewards.
