NDAs

Protect your game’s confidential information with streamlined NDA collection and management. With FirstLook, you can create multiple NDAs, assign the right one to each role, and track signing status to ensure compliance across your entire player base.

Navigate to Configuration → NDAs to add an NDA — you enter the agreement text directly in the dashboard, using Markdown and dynamic values like {{player_first_name}} or {{game}} to personalize the document. You can add multiple NDAs, each in multiple languages, allowing players to select their preferred language when reviewing the document.

Creating more than one NDA lets you tailor the agreement to the audience signing it, a lightweight agreement for Friends & Family, a stricter one for Closed Alpha testers, and something else entirely for Creators or Press.

NDA Configuration

To require players to sign an NDA during onboarding, go to Configuration → Flows, select the specific Flow and Flow Role, then toggle on ‘Require NDA.’ Use the ‘Which NDA to use’ dropdown to pick which of your NDAs applies to that role.

Require NDA

This ensures players must accept the assigned NDA before completing the onboarding process.

Player NDA

View any player’s profile to check their NDA signing status. The NDAs Signed card lists every agreement they’ve accepted by name, along with when they signed it, so you can confirm compliance even when different roles sign different NDAs.

Track NDA
